All competitors will be awarded a diploma of participation.

Grand Prix: One Medal

Solos: Gold Medal, Silver Medal, Bronze Medal per division, plus cash award

Ensembles: One Trophy per division 

Pas de Deux: Gold Medal, Silver Medal, Bronze Medal per category plus cash award

Encouragement Award: One medal awarded by the artistic director 

Best Choreographer: One Medal awarded by the Jury 

Best School: One diploma awarded by the Jury

Miami International Ballet Competition will recognize the TOP TEN highest scoring competitors in each category and award a diploma to each of them.

Please note that all medals are awards are presented at the judges discretion. Awards will be given to the highest scoring dancers, however award placement does not always coincide with medal placement. For example, you may have the highest score in your category, but not a high enough score to receive a Gold medal. Therefore you might get 1st place with a Silver or Bronze Medal.
